Managing the K&F New Product Portfolio as defined in line with the company’s strategic decisions, and tasks related to the lifecycle management of existing products.
Preparing and implementing project specifications and development plans; monitoring performance; supporting regulatory registration and production transfer; participating in the market launch of new products.
Leading and managing 3-5 major projects.
Ensuring close collaboration and successful completion of project objectives between New Product Project Teams and Implementation Working Groups.
Participating in the preparation of the Biological R&D budget, particularly focusing on collaboration with external partners, and participating in resource planning for projects.
Comparing and tracking actual costs and resources of Biological R&D with planned costs and resources.
Expectations:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, or a University degree in Biology, or biological, biotechnological, or natural sciences.
