  • Working closely with business managers and other departments to determine business objectives and goals

  • Overseeing proper implementation of new processes
  • Coordinating multiple in-house projects - tracking progress, measuring performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Reporting to the CEO


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Advanced English and Hungarian language skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly and easily
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Experience at a BIG4 Company is an advantage
