Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

Manage EMS Supplier companies to get the Huawei quality requirements understood and satisfied
Monitor the quality performance of EMS Supplier companies to ensure their stable quality performance
Identify the change of the business and plan the quality assurance process and requirements
Execute quality audits to assess EMS Supplier sites and drive their continuous improvement
Review, analyze and improve production and customer complained problems
Co-work with other functional departments to improve the quality continuously

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in engineering or above
More than 3 years of related work experience at multinational manufacturing company in relevant industries
Good communication, presentation skills in English and Hungarian
Quality Cost improvement
ISO9001/TL9000 knowledge, audit experience
Good communication, presentation skills in English and Hungarian
Good analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to manage and positively resolve conflict
Act on own initiatives, be highly motivated and reliable, be able to take high responsibility
Can work under pressure
