We are looking for a quality manager for our German-based automotive supplier partner in Nyíregyháza.
Quality manager
Tasks
Your tasks will be:
Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System.
Serve as a point of contact for warranty issues.
Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits.
Implement new systems and procedures where appropriate.
Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures.
Undertake internal and process audits of the Quality Management System.
Sustain and improve total customer satisfaction by completing product, process, system, dock, compliance and surveillance audits.
Liaise with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
Develop and implement effective and efficient preventive and corrective actions.
Provide technical training to quality department personnel and assess the performance periodically and initiate improvement plans as needed.
Ensure that products produced match the timing and quality requested.
Identify, support and help implement programs designed to improve efficiency of the entire organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology or related field or Associate's degree and minimum 5 years of experience in automotive environment.
Fluency in German or English is required.
5 years of experience in automotive environment in similar function.
Knowledge of PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and Control plan.
