Our partner is a worldwide information technology services and solutions company, who provides business process outsourcing and technical help desk services to its clients across Europe. We are looking for IT Customer Service Agent to their Budapest office.
Customer Service Agent (German)
- Provide technical support over phone and via e-mail to clients
- Troubleshoot and correct technical problems
- Share information, collaborate on problem solving with colleagues
- monitor and provide feedback on any related issues where necessary.
- Fluent in German and English, good Hungarian
- Fresh graduates are welcome!
- User level IT knowledge
- Customer focused personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Must possess excellent administration, organisational aptitude and the ability to plan and time manage various tasks
