Engineering degree
At least 3 years of leadership experience in R&D or product development
Agile and project-oriented mindset, structured and result-driven approach
Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written)
Strong proficiency in 3D design software and IT tools
Knowledge of quality management systems and standards
