We are looking for a REGIONAL SENIOR SALES MANAGER to join our partner who manufactures separators for Lion battery industry. The company has state-of-the-art equipment and cutting-edge technology, works closely with its customers starting from the earliest stages of their R&D process in order to develop innovative solutions​.​

The new colleague will join a small team in Hungary and will look after the Europe region. The position requires someone who enjoys providing technical support, speaks English very well and has more than 7 years sales experience.  

Regional Senior Sales Manager (Europe)


Build and maintain a good relationship with all key customers in the region

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationship with targeted customers in Europe

Lead negotiating process

Work with Asian teams and local cross-functional teams to ensure the project runs smoothly

Collaborate with the Sales team in China and the US on joint sales projects

Define marketing strategies for the European market 

Achieve short term and long term ambitious sales targets, business growth in line with the agreed sales strategy

Align the local activities with the global business strategies

Expand the sales team in the future, coach them in order to meet the sales plans

Support global Sales director on strategies making with quality information of competitive activities as well as customer feedbacks

Reporting on a very regular basis, analyze the sales results, act promptly to achieve budget 

Represent the Company at conferences and customer visits


Bachelor degree or above

More than 7 years experience in sales 

At least 3 years’ working experience in lion battery industry

Experience in renewable energy, solar energy sector is an advantage

Advanced English level in oral and written, 

Chinese language knowledge is an advantage   

People management and leadership skills

Able to work efficiently together with team members from International Sales Team

Proactive, self-initiative, hands-on attitude

Excellent data analysis, report making and problem solving skills;

Be able to use internal and external resources to complete tasks

Down to earth personality 

Willing to travel to for short and long-term business trips
