Understanding of specific processes / systems enabling efficient support.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry, storage, retrieval, archiving, maintenance and updates while maintaining data security.
Manage performance against key performance metrics (customer satisfaction, service level compliance, transactional accuracy etc.).
Support teams through the correct use of all information technology systems
Service Management & Continuous Improvement
Identify efficiencies that drive optimization, continuous improvement and operational excellence. Support the development of a continuous improvement culture.
Comply with BP HSSE Policies as detailed in the BP employee handbook
Adhere with the tasks outlined in the QMS Systems of GBS Europe
Elvárások
Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months
Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Finance/Accounting or any related field - already completed your first year at university
Fluent Spanish knowledge both written and verbal
Fluent English knowledge
Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong time management and organisation skills
Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
Capability to work in a team or individually if required
Ability to keep deadlines whilst under pressure without compromising accuracy
