Our partner is looking for a commercially minded, detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join a regional team of a major international airline group in Budapest. This is not a customer-facing or sales rep role — you’ll work behind the scenes to optimize internal sales processes, contracts, and commercial reporting across multiple countries in Europe.

Tasks

  • Coordinate internal contracting and incentive processes
  • Manage and improve commercial tools (SFDC, Surcouf, Qlikview, etc.)
  • Support regional sales teams with data, dashboards & forecasts
  • Act as the go-to person between Sales, Pricing, Marketing & IT
  • Participate in regional commercial projects

Requirements

  • Has 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business support, or commercial analytics 
  • Speaks English and Spanish fluently
  • Has experience in multinational or SSC environments (airline/travel a plus!)
  • Thinks analytically, loves structure and accuracy
  • Is confident using Excel, BI tools (QlikView, SAP BO), and commercial platforms
