• Manage order processing for small accounts
• Handle return processes in SAP
• Apply price adjustments in customer orders
• Check stock availability and provide updates to dealers
• Respond to general client inquiries in a timely manner
• Create reports upon request from the line manager
• Support colleagues with routine administrative tasks as needed
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

• Active or passive student status
• Advanced English knowledge
• Basic Spanish knowledge (minimum B1 level)
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Precision and focus when delivering tasks

• Portuguese/French/Italian language knowledge

• 2500 Ft/hour in gross
