About the Role

We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Salesforce Marketing Cloud System Specialist to join Digital Factory. The new team member will be involved in assisting in the configuration and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. The specialist will work closely with senior consultants and developers to help businesses leverage Salesforce marketing tools to enhance customer engagement, automate marketing efforts, and deliver personalized campaigns. This position will be ideal for someone looking to expand their expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud components like Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access to ensure data security and compliance within the platform.
  • Oversee data synchronization between Marketing Cloud and other systems such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Assist in setting up and executing marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications).
  • Optimize and manage customer journeys for personalized, automated engagement
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaigns, data, and platform integrations.
  • Manage data integrations and ensure accurate data flow between Marketing Cloud and external systems.
  • Set up data extensions, segmentation, and audience filters for campaigns.
  • Ensure data hygiene, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Implement automations using Automation Studio and support AMPscript and personalization for dynamic content.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve performance, data integration and campaign execution related issues.
  • Optimize Marketing Cloud processes and data flows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure smooth platform operation.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Recommend process improvements and enhancements.
  • Provide technical support for campaign execution and platform use.
  • Conduct training and workshops to help marketing teams leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud features.

 

About Your Experience and Skills

  • EducationUniversity or college degree with specialization in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
  • Experience2-4 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration or implementation.
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Professional and Technical CompetenciesStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript for dynamic content and personalized marketing.
  • Understanding of SQL for querying data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template customization and dynamic content.
  • Experience with data management, including audience segmentation, data extensions, and list management.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation workflows and customer journey orchestration.
  • Professional usage of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
  • Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work, and security in development.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work across teams, including marketing, IT, and external vendors, and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership, and team mentality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hungarian and English for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning, adapting, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Openness to work with different cultures across CEE.

  • Initial call: You will be contacted by MOL Recruitment via phone for a short chat. 
  • Interview: You can expect two or a maximum of three interview rounds, where you can meet your direct manager, some experts from the team, ask your questions and present your skills and career path. We always make sure you receive timely feedback after each round.
