Tasks

• provide 2nd level support (incident management, problem management , change management) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs,
• provide 3rd level support of SAP applications, ensuring their smooth operation (special project, migration of systems (FCI), SPS/EHP upgrade, S/4 Hana transformation, Hana specialization)
• Perform updates, version changes, system copies
• Learn about new cloud-based technologies (AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud), support their implementation, troubleshoot potential problems, organize migrations
• resolve errors, advise and support the use of the application

Requirements

• experience in SAP Basis administration
• Fluent English (B2+)
• Knowledge of Linux systems, confident use of CLI
• Experience in different databases (Oracle, HANA, possibly Sybase IQ / ASE)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
