• Design and develop solutions in alignment with approved requirements and industry best practices, utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
• Ensure the integrity of our global templates, maintaining consistency amidst evolving configurations and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions through thorough analysis and documentation.
• Lead Change Control Board meetings, presenting solution proposals and monitoring requests for template modifications.
• Oversee the development process and approve Functional Design Documents to ensure quality and alignment with project objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive process playback sessions for end-users to facilitate understanding and adoption of implemented solutions.
• Manage implementation projects to ensure adherence to approved scopes, while coordinating activities with cross-functional teams.
• Foster collaboration with global stakeholders, including Business Process Owners and Solution Architects, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of solutions.

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP or its variants in project environments.
• Proven track record in enterprise-level SAP projects, following waterfall methodology with demonstrable success throughout the lifecycle.
• A degree from College or University in IT/Business or equivalent.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Expertise in SAP modules and underlying architecture, with experience in designing software components.
• Familiarity with integrating SAP with diverse business systems and working with integration tools.
• Previous exposure to manufacturing industries, preferably metal and/or automotive, along with experience in people management.
