Your new company
We are looking for an experienced project manager, with a background in pharma/biotech for our partner conducting research (molecular / cell biology, biochemistry field).
Your new role
- Develop detailed project plans, budget, and task management log, to achieve project objectives – together with research team
- Provide project management / coordination support to the company – set up meetings, track processes, check milestones, recognize and resolve potential bottlenecks
- Assist in the development of strategic and tactical corporate initiatives in research and diagnostics
- Coordinate efforts in grant applications
- Communicates timely, appropriate project information and reports to the Research Director and project team
- Organize external communication of the company
What you need to succeed
- MSc degree, preferably in Biology, Biotechnology or related scientific discipline
- Project management experience (minimum 2-3 years) in the pharma/biotech industry; project management certification a plus, but not required
- Experience in preclinical drug development
- Strong background in molecular biology, biochemistry and cell biology is preferred
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
- Well organized and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
- Pro-active, self-motivated and aware of larger business needs
- Experience with Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Office software
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively but also able to work well independently
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
