Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the bank’s operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and financial performance targets.

Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in banking, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business initiatives.
