Senior Cloud Engineer (Microsoft Azure)
Tasks:
Cloud & SAP on Azure
- Experience with SAP migrations to Azure (nice to have)
- Familiarity with SDAF (nice to have), high availability/disaster recovery (HA/DR) setups
- Infrastructure automation and monitoring in Azure environments
DevOps & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible
- CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
- GitOps and automation frameworks
Containers & Orchestration
- Docker-based solutions and containerization strategies
- Kubernetes (K8s) orchestration for scalable and resilient deployments
- Microservices architecture and containerized CI/CD
Architecture & Integration
- Proven track record as a Cloud Architect (preferably Azure)
- Experience in designing enterprise-scale solutions and integration architectures (SOA, APIs)
- Understanding of compliance, security, and governance in cloud environments
Software Engineering
- Solid foundation in Python
- Experience with building scalable, enterprise-grade applications
- Familiarity with API development and SOA principles
Leadership & Delivery
- Experience as a Tech Lead or Architect in cross-functional teams
- Agile/SAFe delivery experience
- Mentoring and collaboration across teams
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code, especially Terraform, Ansible.
- Development/scripting skills (Python)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Azure certification (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-204, or AZ-305) is highly desirable.
