Senior Consumer Lending Product Manager

OTP Bank Plc is seeking a highly skilled International Retail Consumer Lending Senior Expert to join our International Retail Directorate. This role focuses on consumer lending business development across OTP Group in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing value propositions, increasing operational efficiency, and boosting customer satisfaction within the OTP Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor the performance of the consumer lending business line across OTP Group’s international member banks
• Contribute to group-wide projects covering retail lending business
• Facilitate experience and knowledge transfer among group members
• Actively participate in M&A projects
• Prepare group-level reports and contribute to product and business development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or economics
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial bank, consulting company, or fintech
• Strong and efficient learning ability
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of a CEE language is an advantage but not required
• Advanced presentation and communication skills
• Advanced analytical skills and a structured way of thinking
• Self-directed with a strong focus on achieving results and a team player
• Proactive attitude with the ability to coordinate projects and multiple stakeholders
• Flexibility to travel when required
• Enthusiastic about working in an international environment
