Feladatok

• Compile and deliver detailed monthly financial management reports.
• Conduct profit and loss analyses, highlighting key variances, while monitoring both operating and capital expenditures.
• Work closely with the Record-to-Report team to validate the accuracy of reported financial results.
• Oversee closing activities at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Maintain the consistency and reliability of the company’s chart of accounts.
• Collaborate with FP&A teams during annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.
• Enforce and maintain adherence to established accounting standards and internal policies.
• Drive the use of unified templates, terminology, and reporting practices across all business units in the region.
• Prepare all necessary schedules and supporting documents for internal, statutory, and group-level audits.
• Spot areas where reporting can be streamlined and lead initiatives to optimize related processes.
• Support cash flow planning and assess working capital requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and assist in implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Champion the alignment and continuous improvement of financial close and reporting procedures.
