Our Client is a key player in the media sector, which is looking for an experienced Digital Product Maganer to join their team.

In this role, you will help develop their processes, you will be in charge of a porfolio of digital products throughout their product lifecycle. You will lead the strategy, planning, delivery, marketing and in-life optimization of the products.

 

Senior Digital Product Manager

Feladatok

 

  • Translate business strategy into product strategy.
  • Manage product profitability and commercial success.
  • Write high-level requirements, close cooperation with the development team.
  • Own the product roadmap. Plan and carry out product launches by defining tasks for development teams to enhance customer experience and achieve business goals.
  • Execute product strategy and drive action throughout the organisation to get products to market.
  • Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market.
  • Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages.
  • Manage/support/guide the Product Owners providing the product development team with a product vision and prioritised list of features (the backlog).
  • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.
  • Proactive and ongoing prioritization of business needs within managed products, with a focus on the product strategy and objectives.
  • Monitoring the realization of business requirements and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Conducting business testing and acceptance of completed developments.
  • Design features, test hypotheses and analyse data to understand user behaviour and deliver growth in the subscription space.

 

Követelmények

 

  • Results orientation, ability to prioritize and lead a project from design to execution.
  • Familiarity with market trends, knowledge of the media and subscriber market is a plus
  • Experience in web, mobile, and other IT development projects.
  • Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand user needs and market trends.
  • Ability to say NO and defend your decisions.
