Ensuring that all internal project management deliverables, such as business cases, scope definitions, cost estimates, and risk assessments are consistent and of high quality.
Ensuring that recommendations made are delivered to the Project Manager/Project Owner directly or via the Director of Group Strategic Capital Projects and that recommendations are built into the gatekeeping process and investment decisions.
Applying and sharing best practices directly with the project teams and reporting directly to the Director of Group Strategic Capital Projects.
Feeding capital project system improvements by identifying systematic patterns through project assurance and ensuring continuous improvement.
Providing guidance and sharing lessons learned. Ensuring that each project benefits from the organization's accumulated experience, preventing the recurrence of past mistakes and promoting continuous learning.
Providing trainings to MOL Group key employees as nominated by the Director of Group Strategic Capital Projects about the preparation and quality requirements of key project- and decision-making/support documents (Project Charter, Project Management Plan, Project Execution Plan, FEL1 Document, Individual Project Proposal - IPP, etc.)
Supporting smooth decision-making of large refinery, (petro)chemical, and green transition projects with special emphasis on business case elaboration and Front-end Loading.
Providing individual professional consultation for those being nominated as key employees.
Requirements:
Msc degree, Project Management Professional (PMP® by PMI) or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in project and change management
Strong stakeholder management skill, business acumen, critical and structural thinking
Strong implementation, creative problem solving and analytical skills
