Senior Expert in Capital Project System Development
Main responsibilities:
Improving the capital projects system based on findings, including:
Assessing the current state through analysis and benchmarking.
Communicating assessment results to stakeholders for validation and development support.
Establishing goals and formulating improvement plans to address performance gaps in areas such as project processes, organization, governance, and management.
Monitoring improvement plan implementation.
Coordinating benchmarking and establishing assessment bases.
Ensuring well-documented processes that promote standardization and alignment with industry best practices to proactively address challenges.
Identifying organizational requirements (design, structure, staffing) and aligning capabilities to meet project objectives while facilitating learning and development goals through training programs.
Promoting a governance system that objectively assesses project decision support packages against gate requirements, enhancing stakeholder understanding of capital projects.
Developing and measuring KPIs for project preparation, ensuring alignment with best practices and feeding insights back into improvement plans for continuous enhancement.
Providing guidance and sharing lessons learned to ensure projects benefit from past experiences, preventing recurring mistakes and promoting continuous learning.
Delivering training to key MOL Group employees on preparation and quality requirements for essential project documents, supporting decision-making in large projects, and providing individual consultations for nominated key employees.
Requirements:
Msc degree, Project Management Professional (PMP® by PMI) or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in project and change management
Strong stakeholder management skill, business acumen, critical and structural thinking
Strong implementation, creative problem solving and analytical skills
