• Bsc degree in technical education, engineering 
• At least 5 years of experience as a Facilitiy Manager in commercial and/or industrial real estate
• Confident English language skills
• Management attitude, proactivity, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Thorough knowledge of standards and legislation related to operations
• User-level knowledge of MS Office programs and CAFM/building management systems
• Leader experience is an advantage
