Senior Financial Controller
Tasks
- Support the budget and forecast processes, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Coordinate monthly and yearly closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Execute cost and price calculations for strategic decision-making, supporting pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports, providing clear and concise financial information to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments (operations, sales, etc.) to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage a key account's financial needs, ensuring accurate reporting and timely payment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall financial strategy.
Requirements
We're looking for you, if:
- You have 3-4 years' experience in a similar financial role within a multinational corporation.
- You have a college/university degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting.
- You possess strong reporting skills and demonstrate impeccable accuracy with financial data and a keen eye for detail.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial issues effectively.
- You possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and concise communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
- You are fluent in Hungarian and English.
- Experience in the staffing industry is advantageous.
- Chartered accountant certificate is advantageous.
