Education:
Completion of secondary education (i.e. high school diploma) is a minimum requirement.
University level courses in human resources and/or business administration is desirable.
Work experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience in human resources is required. A completed university degree from an accredited institution will be counted towards the work experience requirements.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience is required for candidates holding bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. A relevant master’s degree may replace additional two years.
Advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Suite of Products (including MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint) is required. Strong working knowledge of SAP HR module is required.
