• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance or related field
• Demonstrated experience in real estate investing or similar field (Bank-, insurance-, or other finance-related experience is an advantage, but not a must)
• Native command of Hungarian and fluency in English both verbally and in writing
• Familiarity with real estate markets and trends
• Ability to identify appropriate investment opportunities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
