About the role

We are seeking a Senior Process Automation Project Manager to join our AIT Project Management team. You will be part of a large project portfolio, working closely with highly skilled colleagues from various disciplines within NNE, as well as internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.

 

This role focuses on process automation, working with DCS and ECS solutions that interface with new technologies within the Industry 4.0 domain and Pharma GXP. You will be involved in project execution from the early phases of conceptual and basic design to onsite test activities (FAT, SAT, and UAT), collaborating closely with other disciplines for the final handover to our customers.

 

Based on your skills and experience, several possibilities are open to you, from minor yet complex projects to our large greenfield projects in the Novo Nordisk portfolio.  

How you might spend your days

As Project Manager, you’ll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where you will be responsible for:

  • Overall project planning, ensuring the agreed quality, schedule and cost
  • Defining project execution strategy and identifying risks and mitigation of these
  • Estimating costs and planning the budget in collaboration with our engineers and specialists
  • Managing the scope and ensuring that changes are analysed and agreed with stakeholders

The miles you’ve walked

In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role. 

  • An educational background at bachelor level or similar technical background
  • Proven track record within DCS and ECS/PLC process automation projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in project execution, collaborating closely with stakeholders, end users, other disciplines and suppliers, as well as presenting at steering group committees
  • Experience with onsite commissioning activities such as FAT, Interface test, Wet test SAT and UAT
  • Certified as a Project Manager within PMP, or similar
