Procurement, evaluation of general contractor/subcontractor offers including review and analyse cost breakdowns and
Preparation of unpriced budgets and revision of budgets
Contact with the general contractor and subcontractors
Supporting the work of a direct supervisor
Preparation of quantity and cost calculations based on architectural or static plans
Preparation of price calculations
Develop and maintain cost database (Labour, Material, Machines, Utilities etc)
Preparation of variation order where needed
Preparation of month payment certificate and final account
Architect/civil engineer qualification or secondary construction industry qualification depending on experience
At least 5 years of professional experience as a quantity surveyor/cost engineer (in industrial construction)
Fluency in English - both in writing and speaking, speak Hungarian will be preferred
User-level computer skills (MS Office)
Basic knowledge of TERC, Pdf-X Change, Archicad (for measurements), BIM
Able to work in Nyiregyhaza (100% on-site)
