Responsibilities:
• Initiating, planning and managing the delivery of Cyber Security roadmap projects and initiatives across MOL Group
• Ensure planning in order to minimise escalations outside of tolerance and provide fact based reporting
• Support the set-up of the project team in line with the customer requirements
• Build and maintain effective working relationship with external and internal project team members.
• Manage and oversee the activities of the external project delivery teams in order to meet objectives
• Manage the dependencies on external suppliers where used and appropriate
• Work together with MOL ITD GBS and MOL HQ Cyber Security Leadership, and the wider teams and MOL entities to deliver the change (from risk and requirements to delivery and post implementation review)
• Verify the viability and benefit of projects and report it back to the appropriate program / steering Board
• Manage the delivery of the solution set and ensure customer satisfaction during all phases of the projects
• Provide effective Risk and Issue management in order to avoid escalations
• Manage escalations, support the Project / Programme Board to solve issues and problems
• Facilitate communication across the teams and provide Project feedback to the Programme governance
• Manage the projects ensuring they reach their goals, successfully transferred to operations, on time, to quality and cost, according to defined KPIs, highlighting intra/ inter dependencies within the portfolio
• Follow and enhance, project management methodology, as appropriate and focus on continuous improvement
• Due to the nature of projects and environment, ensure and participate/influence in delivery of IT & business projects where Cyber Security has significant interest or that enable the delivery of Cyber Security enhancements
• Manage relevant MOL Group stakeholders to ensure cyber security project delivery objectives are aligned with the business objectives
• Provide input and suggestions to the MOL Group Cyber Security Strategy based on the experience
Requirements:
• University/College degree
• 5+ years relevant experience in project work and/or IT area, Relevant qualification / Project Management certification and proven track record, Partner relationship management, Stakeholder management
• Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels within an organization, as well as maintain positive working relationships across the business and manage external parties
• Focused "can-do" positive attitude to deliver excellent delivery service
• Structured thinking and analytical skills, problem solving and fast learning
• Excellent written & oral communication skills and ability to balance conflicting interests
• Ownership and cooperation skills
• Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills, multi tasking
• Ability to lead highly skilled professionals, provide mentoring, management support
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
