The Service Manager PM/SM Dashboard joins the BestFit4Digital program and supports the EPIC owner of the BestFit4Digital dashboard with his expert knowledge on business functions of the dashboard.He/she connects the business view with the specific demands from involved roles and translates e.g. into technical demands, expected test resuls, user benefits etc. To ensure execution of the tasks listed below the service manager works closely together with members of the Epic-team, the BestFit4Digital program and even stakeholders outside the program.
