Our Partner, a market leader Automotive Supplier in the Area of Miskolc is looking for an Site service engineer, who will be responsible for the following tasks:
Site service engineer
Feladatok
Coordination of works carried out by subcontractors on the basis of concluded contracts and orders, min. in order to:
- Gates, barriers, turnstiles service
- Mechanical system operation (HVAC, AC, cooling systems)
- Mechanical system maintenance
- Soft service of building (e.g.furnitures, devices for office)
- Completion of OT documents (technical acceptance)
- Preparation and updating of contracts with subcontractors and supervising their proper implementation.
- Supervision of the archive of documentation,
- Cleaning service
- Security service
- Pet prevention
- Vending machines
- Providing up-to-date documentation for facilities (documenting changes; availability of operating and operating instructions etc.)
Követelmények
- Minimum one year of work in a technical department with similar responsibilities
- Medium or higher education
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Knowledge of standards and regulations in the field of infrastructure management (Construction Law, ISO 50001, ISO45001, ISO14001)
- Computer and office equipment support – MS OFFICE software; AutoCAD
