Evaluate the language correctness of outsource agency responses for product reviews, product questions; and posts, comments, private messages on Sony social media accounts
Give written feedback and suggestions for improvement to outsource agency
Possible ad hoc verbal feedback in quality calls may occur together with outsource agency

Active or passive student status
Advanced English or Hungarian knowledge (for inner, work-related communication with team)
High proficiency (C1 or higher) written Spanish
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
