• Support senior Solution and Manager Strategists project managing new client activities and change management activities
• Working closely with portfolio managers, tech and operations teams for updates to the Aladdin and portfolio management set-up
• Applying portfolio strategy views to legal documentation through assisting with drafting guidelines for investment management agreements and instruction letters
• Assist with client and/or consultant enquiries related to performance, attribution or risk, using Aladdin tools to undertake detailed analysis and communicate to clients and/or consultants
• Assisting senior Solution Strategists and Client CIO's to provide SME input to internal teams such as Reporting and Performance to ensure client requirements can be supported. This includes determining the most useful KPIs for clients, understanding the key drivers of performance and risk in the portfolio
• Drafting portfolio and market commentary
• Onboarding of new clients (get everything ready from an operational perspective)
• Reporting performance including how markets perform and preparing Benchmark
• Focused on Wealth and European pension scheme clients, support the growth and implementation of outsourced solutions mandates including OCIO for Pension Schemes and multi-manager funds

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
• Knowledge of Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Interest towards the fields of investment/asset management
• Understanding of key financial concepts (such as Performance & Attribution, Risk etc.)
• Strong project management skills (good communication, good relationship management)

Working time

• Availability to work 30 hours per week
• Development opportunity for 6 months with the opportunity of extension
