Solution Consultant for IT Reselling - 4242Q

 

Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Reselling Consultant to manage vendor relationships, design reselling solutions, and support the full sales process from deal registration to proposal delivery. You will work closely with procurement, distributors, and internal teams to ensure efficient operations, strong partner collaboration, and competitive offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Select and manage vendors and distributors with procurement and partner management.
  • Register deals in vendor/partner portals.
  • Design IT reselling solutions and support presales activities for internal units and customers.
  • Create cost calculations and operational concepts for warehousing, logistics, and end-of-life processes.
  • Request and evaluate proposals from suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Support bid teams with technical proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain sales documentation (e.g., Highspot) and ensure compliance with T-Systems sales processes.
  • Participate in partner certification programs and improvement projects (automation, KPI optimization).

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in qualifying customer requests, technical solution design, and proposal creation within a structured sales process (preferably at T-Systems or a similar enterprise IT environment).
  • Proven track record in collaborating successfully with customers, vendors, IT partners, and procurement teams.
  • Strong calculation, negotiation, consulting, and presentation skills.
  • Solid experience with O365 applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel for professional presentations and cost modeling.
  • Knowledge of project management methods and tools.

Language Skills

  • German: B2 or higher
  • English: B2 or higher
