Feladatok
Data management: review, qualify, optimise and complement purchasing related master data
Support data, information collection/discussion and sharing with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Collect, create and maintain master data in the new platform, vendors, classification of materials and commercial conditions data in general
Online catalogues, Purchasing cards, templates preparation according with project needs
Build adequate level of process knowledge and expertise
Support data transparency activities and reporting activities
Support on a variety of tasks requested by the program implementation
Elvárások
Fluent English (C1 level) and Spanish language knowledge
Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status
Intermediate MS Office knowledge (Word and Excel)
Working hours
Availability to work at least 25-30 hours per week
Long development opportunity: contract until the end of December

Gross salary: 2300 Ft/hour
