Tasks

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish (B2-C1) and English (B2-C1)

• Could start as soon as possible

• Strong technical aptitude

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Minimum high school diploma; technical certifications are a plus.

• Prior experience in customer service or technical support
