Start-up Portfolio Analyst (Controlling)

Feladatok

  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts of portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate with the VC team and portfolio management for accurate financial reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide senior managers with financial updates by evaluating and reporting key data points.
  • Implement standardized reporting frameworks for enhanced transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate with external accounting firms to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for audits and compliance.
  • Report to the CFO and collaborate with internal teams.

Követelmények

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a closely related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or as a controller, ideally within a venture capital or startup setting.
  • Solid grasp of financial principles, reporting standards, and analytical methods.
  • Skilled in financial modeling, Excel, and various analytical tools.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities and capable of performing well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English.
