Feladatok

• Strategic Sourcing Development:
• Design and implement sourcing strategies for assigned categories (Fleet&IT), ensuring alignment with global procurement goals and value-for-money principles. 
• Category Management:
• Lead sourcing and procurement activities for core categories, including vehicles/fleet, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and technical teams. 
• Framework Agreements:
• Manage the full lifecycle of long-term Framework Agreements—from supplier selection and negotiation to implementation, amendments, and renewals. 
• End-to-End Procurement Execution:
• Oversee the complete procurement process, including tenders, quote requests, purchase order placement, and coordination with finance for timely payments. 
• Global Alignment & Integration:
• Ensure local and regional procurement strategies are aligned with global category plans and stakeholder requirements. 
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Drive change management initiatives to align global and regional stakeholders with sourcing strategies and ensure consistent execution. 
• Supplier Relationship Management:
• Negotiate with suppliers, lead development programs, and apply market intelligence to build sustainable, high-performing supplier relationships. 
• Market Intelligence & Cost Optimization:
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and cost modeling to identify savings opportunities while balancing quality, speed, and risk. 
• Governance & Compliance:
• Support procurement reviews, ensure policy compliance across regions, and provide regular reporting to global and regional leadership bodies.
