Our client provides software development, testing, deployment, and support services for POS (point-of-sale) and related software applications that focus on the overall crew and customer experience, resulting in improved operations in the restaurants.
We are looking for a new colleague to join their Application Support team based in Debrecen.
Technical maintenance and support of a web-based application;
Troubleshooting tickets escalated by lower-level support teams;
3rd party software integration;
User acceptance tests;
Testing and supporting an android based application, analyzing device logs, creating reports;
1-3 years of relevant experience in Application or IT Support
Experience with at least one of the following technologies: SQL, IIS, Java, Tomcat, Linux or Windows systems-services, Android systems;
Good analytical skills;
Experience with ticketing systems;
