Job description

As a System Engineer, you will drive the delivery of manufacturing IT solutions and services through projects, change requests, operations support, and consultation for semiconductor assembly and test production. You are expected to contribute with your expertise while conducting cross-functional projects and you will be responsible for systems administration, monitoring its health and maintenance thus ensuring a constant running stable condition.

System Engineer

In your new role you will also:

  • Take responsibility for solution design, development and deployment in what concerns all required manufacturing IT software and applications running in the factory shop-floors;
  • Drive user requirements analysis, design, development, testing and deployment under SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle);
  • Perform incident, change and problem management in accordance with SOP (Standard of Procedures);
  • Drive business process re-engineering and create innovation/value proposals;
  • Establish and maintain a constant and continuous on-call standby support structure;
  • Actively contribute to the update and maintenance of applications roadmap, standardized rollout and harmonized solutions across backend sites.

Your Profile

You are a team player who demonstrates strong communication skills, know how to establish lasting relationships and networks, clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them. Moreover, you are creative and innovative and you are able to solve problems quickly and precisely. You actively contribute to putting decisions to work as soon as they are taken and push ideas to their full implementation and application by supporting your team to excellence.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A University Degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent field;
  • 3 to 5 years of IT working experience (software operation or development) in Factory Automation, Equipment Automation or Manufacturing Execution fields;
  • Experience in C# development and SDLC;
  • Working knowledge of database (Oracle, SQL), middleware technologies (TIBCO/RV) and UML;
  • Know-how of risk assessment and Business Process Reengineering;
  • Practical experience in project management and FMEA would be an advantage;
  • Experience in Semiconductor Assembly and Test processes would be a plus;
  • Good command of English. Hungarian would be an advantage.
