• Identify, register, and resolve potential compliance issues, ensuring accurate closure and inventory tracking.
• Apply complex decision-making processes by engaging stakeholders and understanding risks.
• Communicate the need for change and involve stakeholders in the change process.
• Coach team members, identify development needs, and recommend resources for growth.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
