• be able to support to customers in 24/7 shifts (3x8 hours - majority is morning/afternoon shift. In a 4-5 weeks period of time 4-5 days night shift) 
• excellent English language skills
• have experience in working with ITSM ticketing systems, and in IT operations 
• be familiar with ITIL processes 
• have IT attitude, willingness to learn new systems 
• be open to continuously extend your professional skills 
• be stress resistant, team player 
• have knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems  
• basic networking backgrounds (TCP/IP) 
• basic database (SQL) knowledge 
• scripting skills (Perl, PHP, Bash, Python or anything similar) 
• several years of relevant experience in IT application operation 
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage
