Tax Expert

Feladatok

  • Managing a variety of issues in connection with various direct and indirect taxes
  • Monitoring Hungarian and international legislative changes and tax developments
  • Corresponding with local and national tax authorities on a wide range of tax issues
  • Leading tax audits and assisting with tax litigation.
  • Knowledge sharing and raising direct tax awareness with business and other stakeholders.
  • Tax review of envisioned business transactions (review of planned investments, contract
    reviews etc.).
  • Provide tax advice to other staff functions requiring explanation of the tax legislation in these
    countries.
  • Ensure a sound working relationship with other functional and business line
    departments as well as with contacts outside company (e.g. Tax Authorities, Outside Counsel).
  • Work closely with Tax Compliance teams to support the tax return preparation, compliance with
    transfer pricing regulations, etc.
  • Participating in various cross-functional project teams

Követelmények

  • Master’s degree in law and Tax Advisory qualification (Adótanácsadó / Adószakértő)
  • Three to five years of experience within a tax consultancy firm or multinational company
  • Experience within an international environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to make decisions in a highly dynamic and complex environment.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pro-active approach, down-to-earth attitude
  • Ambition to develop on a professional and personal level.
  • Written and verbal fluency in Hungarian and English, other European language knowledge is a
    plus.
