Technical Leader
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Production technologies (antigen production and vaccine formulation) development and process improvement, scale-up
- Transfer of production technologies from research and development to manufacturing, and between various international sites
- Process validation of manufacturing technologies
- Preparation of necessary documentation (SOP, Validation Plan, Validation Report, Experimental Report, etc.)
- Organization, supervision, and oversight of experimental productions in the Platform's laboratories, Pilot Plant, or production areas
- Work with BSL3 biological agents (periodically)
- Participation in supporting investments related to the establishment of new production areas (plant design, preparation of equipment specifications, evaluation of offers, review of technical documentation, participation in equipment qualification, preparation of manufacturing license applications)
- Management of dedicated technology transfer and process development projects

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant university degree (MSc) (e.g., bioengineer, biotechnologist, food engineer)
- Minimum intermediate level of English proficiency, both spoken and written
- Has an engineering mindset, excellent communication skills, and analytical thinking
- Basic knowledge in experimental design and evaluation (statistics)
- Solid basic computer skills: Windows 10, Microsoft Office
Advantages:
