Technical Process Specialist - Change Management

Tasks

  • Validate the incoming change requests
  • Open changes in the given ticket logging system
  • Change follow-up
  • Monitoring Functional Mailboxes and assigning or processing incoming e-mails
  • Act as the coordinator between the Resolution Teams and the Client Management
  • Cooperation with the Change Managements, Technical support units and other stakeholders other
  • Participation in the daily Task ROTA
  • Creating and distributing daily/weekly/ad-hoc reports
  • Maintaining customer specific training and process documents
  • Making suggestions for process improvement
  • Continuous knowledge sharing between the team

If you have…

  • German AND English knowledge 

Advantages:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Technology)
  • Relevant experience in multinational environment preferably in area of IT process coordination
  • Change Management experience
  • Advanced English AND German communication skills
  • Good personal IT skills and knowledge
  • Knowledge in ITIL is an advantage

  • Ability to work in team
