Planning and implementing processes within certain business areas in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity, coordinating the technical implementation of the given process in relation to the given service units. Design and production of process-specific internal and external reports related to service activities and management of this activity.

Integration und configuration of network elements (i.e. OTN-XC) into the network management system

• Commissioning of XC and transport links
• Configuration and commissioning of service links

Technical understanding of the WDM/OTN technology

• Knowledge of deployment process
• Advanced knowledge of Nokia OTN technology and network management system
• Basic knowledge of OTN technology and network management system of other suppliers
• German ( B2)
