Our partner is looking for a dedicated German speaking Team Leader to guide a Technical Support team.
Lead and motivate a team of technical professionals
Mentor and support team members in their development
Strengthen expertise through regular training and coaching
Organize team meetings to ensure clear communication
Act on feedback from both team and customers to improve performance
Monitor results and drive productivity and quality
High school diploma or higher
At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support
Proven experience in Team management
Experience with ticket logging systems
Excellent German and English skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
