Their new colleauge as a Telesales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's international sales strategy and achieving ambitious growth targets.

Telesales Manager

Tasks

  • Develop and implement international telesales strategies,
  • Build up, train, and motivate a multilingual team,
  • Define and monitor sales targets and KPIs,
  • Optimize sales processes, scripts, and CRM usage,
  • Analyze performance data and report on results,
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and customer service teams,
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities,
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and support key accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B/B2C telesales management,
  • Strong leadership and people management skills,
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities,
  • Strategic thinking and goal-oriented approach,
  • Proficient in CRM and sales software,
  • High-level English proficiency (other languages are a plus), 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
  • Business, sales, marketing, or related degree.
