The M2M Reporting Project is part of the M2M Service Portal, which provides functionalities for monitoring and managing machine-to-machine communications. The portal offers comprehensive reporting capabilities, including both standard and premium reports. Premium reports provide advanced features such as flexible filtering options, graphical visualizations, and multiple export formats (CSV, PDF, MS Excel™). Users can download reports directly from the portal and integrate them into their own systems for further analysis and processing.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a fully integrated member of the Scrum team, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts.
• Analyze complex data flows and business logic behind M2M reporting features to deeply understand how the system works.
• Investigate data inconsistencies, identify root causes, and propose solutions based on data-driven insights.
• Manage all test preparation phases, including test data creation, test case design, execution planning, and defect lifecycle management.
• Perform smoke, exploratory, functional, and regression testing.
• Define, maintain, and execute testing strategies and detailed test plans.
• Continuously improve test and reporting processes by introducing analytical best practices and quality metrics.

Requirements

• Solid experience in manual testing in an agile environment, preferably in Scrum teams with frequent release cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate data, identify trends and anomalies, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Experience working with large datasets and interpreting data to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and the Xray plugin for Jira Test Management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in SQL (especially SELECT queries) and ability to analyze data using database information.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and architecture.
• Basic experience in the telecommunications domain.
