Tasks

In this junior position, you are expected to provide administrative support for the time writing service provided to a large global customer, as a member of a wider Financial Management team.

Time writing (work time administration) is the basis of financial management activities.

The team handles the work time administration tool for the customer and provide full administrative support, including:

  • Receiving requests via email (shared mailbox) or a sharepoint tool
  • Quality checking requests, clarifying any missing/unclear information
  • Administering/modifying time writing tool data, including user data and work time booking codes for different work elements
  • Keeping in touch with other support teams and management team members internationally
  • Monitoring and following up on requests, making sure that deadlines are kept
  • Answering user questions / handling issues and escalations via email or phone
  • Providing regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Supporting the team members with updating the process documentation and identifying and realizing process improvements

If you have…

  • Active, at least intermediate level English knowledge;
  • German knowledge is an advantage
  • Good command on Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PPT)
  • Team player
  • Ability to work in a multi-located virtual team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Precise and can cope with monotonous tasks
  • University/college degree in Finance/Economics is an advantage
  • International experience or customer service/ service management experience is an advantage
