Trainee change management (REF4146R)

  • Validate the incoming change requests (e.g. infrastructure, network in IT service operations)
  • Working in various ticketing systems (SNOW etc.)
  • Monitoring Functional Mailboxes and processing incoming e-mails
  • Cooperation with the Change Managements, Technical support units and other stakeholders during the whole change lifecycle
  • Facilitate meetings with resolution team and customer
  • Responsible for successful planning, execution, and completion of changes
  • Monitoring the processes and make improvement suggestions
  • Taking part of internal and customer projects

  • Active (or passive under 25) full-time student status
  • Commitment to at least 20 hours of work per week
  • German (B2) and English (B2) language knowledge
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in team
  • Logical way of thinking
  • Certification of good conduct
  • Knowledge of Service now is an advantage
